Support Letter

Dear Friends and Family,

We are very excited to be writing this letter to you! As many of you already know, God has placed it on our hearts to expand our family. In 2010 we started the journey to become parents and we have been unable to have children naturally. In 2011 we felt God leading us towards adoption. Through prayer and the guidance of the Lord we have now chosen to start this exciting process.

Through a friend’s suggestion the Lord led us to Christian Homes in Abilene, TX. In January 2012 we attended a two day orientation which allowed us to meet the staff, adoptive parents, birthmothers, and adoptees. We left this orientation with a better understanding of the adoption process and we felt encouraged by the Lord to choose Christian Homes as our adoption agency. We are asking for your support in the following ways.

1. Prayer! Prayer in the areas of finances, navigating through the legal process, prayer for the birth-family, and all those who have been affected by infertility. Also we ask for prayer for patience because we are anxious to bring home our baby!!
2. Adoption is an expensive and we are asking for your financial support. Our cost will be between $25,000 and $35,000. We are committing to create as little debt as possible as we go through the process. If you would like to donate you can do so through the paypal button on our blog.
